We liked the food and entertainment
The pool was dirty and in need of updating. The staff for the vacation club was extremely pushy. The ratings by no means was not a 4-4.5 star resort. At best, it was a 3.5.

the food was very good, good quality of drinks too.
some of the staff was not friendly, the hotel room look cheap, the beach needs a big improvement, there is no A/c anywere but your room eccept the mexican restaurant and the room, so be ready to sweat a lot during summer. checking was a nightmare!!!

Food and service were very good,room was cleaned very good. especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant with its atmosphere outside and inside. Enjoyed the fact there was the transportation to get us around the resort.
Bathroom lighting was not bright enough to see. our room overlooked trees not a good location. Little disappointed in the beach area.

unlimited drinks and food. Although food will sometimes have you calling international. Price was also reasonable although items at resort like candy bars and sunscreen were not.
Beach area was dirty and pool was a lot better. Check in process wasn't smooth. Everything is spread out and required lots of time to get around. Hard to travel to Cancun or del Carmen without paying for a tour package. Had to get a cab or public bus.

The pool was very nice and made up for the terrible beach and dirty ocean water. The grounds were nicely kept. Fun pool program. Hotel Employee with Best Day in the lobby took great care of us and arranged great activities for us.
The staff is not rude but not as friendly as other places. Been to the area at least a dozen times and this has been my least favorite place. Shows are blah, food was ok but lacks variety. Bar service is slow and no swim up bar.

Resort is pretty nice and on a nice and large property. For the price and all inclusive it was worth it.
The food was bad...and our worst meal was the Mexican restaurant which was a little ironic. Drinks were poorly made, inconsistent and with no fresh fruits like other resorts. You get what you pay for in this case.

Smells like mold hallways covered in mold Ac didn't work 90% of staff were rude hotels favorite word was no they do not alaccomidate guests food was mediocre paid for wifi that didn't work half the time how this is a four star hotel I would never comeback
