Hotel Guest Reviews of the Big Pines Mountain House

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

This was a great value, close enough to walk to all the shops, eateries, and casinos. Also close enough to walk to beach to see the lake.

It was a little dated, but perfect for our needs. Staff were attentive and helpful.

I like the fact that the room was pretty warm when we arrived to it (it was pretty cold when we check-in). The room smell clean. The beds were clean and so did the microwave and refrigerator. The location is perfectRyo talk anywhere.
The breakfast could be better.

1. Location was good, walking distance to most of the places.2. room heating and hot water pressure was good.
WiFi internet connection was not at all good, it was difficult to navigate any screens, I could not do some of my online booking for skiing sessions.
