Hotel Guest Reviews of the Bicentennial Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Wonderful, clean room. The people were so nice. The restaurant attached was amazing as well. The spaghett squash dish was fantastic.
The room was s little dim. Lamps on either side of the bed were fine for reading.

Restaurant/bar right off the lobby. Location was excellent. let us extend our stay with no problem.
NO WI FI in the rooms at all. You have to use the lobby or the game/laundry room. You'd think they would get a stronger modem... it's 2014 for goodness sakes. Beds not all that comfy.

We either walked into town for food, or ate at the bar downstairs. Definitely a convenience.

The location is excellent. Closely located to many sights. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
He rooms are small. Also, they charge $2.00 a piece to hold your bags.

There was ongoing construction. The elevators were always very full.

Large rooms
Restaurant food was not good; located far off the interstate

Clean large rooms. Do not eat at the 88 Restaurant--food of average to poor quality and rather pricey.

Room decor and furnishings; quaint, quiet, laid-back atmosphere; if time allotted would have liked to experienced the restaurant/bar (appearances seemed quite nice)
location; exterior is not inviting; hallways need updating (even though I liked the squeaky floors) ; discount offered for eating breakfast at the restaurant but breakfast does not come with the motel price

Overall, good experience. I would frequent this establishment again. This motel offers a better experience for those travelers not in a rush and who want to experience the flavor of the area than the typical "chain" motel.

The room was OK.
No hot water at the bathroom sink.

We needed somewhere to stay in the Elkins area while on motorcycle tour of WV and found this place to be in an ideal location for our needs. The rooms are acceptable. Decent wi-fi signal. Decent in-house restaurant.
