The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Also, the room had a refrigerator and microwave, which was a definate bonus.
The hotel is located near railroad tracks, so it was somewhat noisy. Also, our room was near the front of the hotel, so the lights from the parking lot were bright in our room, even with the curtains closed.

The room was pleasant and clean. Everything needed for a mid-range hotel. Nice to have a microwave too.
No everything was fine.

We stayed at this location for a race at the local state park. There were several restaurant options close by. The hotel seemed clean and up to date. The continential breakfast was nice.

A loud train came by hourly during the night and woke me up frequently.

The hotel is what I expected for a best western. I enjoyed the free breakfast and the friendly staff. The rooms could use renovations/updates. The loud train during the night was unpleasant.

The bed is very uncomfortable and mad a lot of noise when you moved around to get a comfy spot.

This is great if you are traveling from out of town, but the price does not match the type of hotel that it is.

My wife and I were able to take our dog with no problems, staff very nice.
No elevator.

The room appears to have been remodeled recently - very good value for the price.

Located near a very busy rail road line.

Nice hotel with expected amenities at this price point. The entire place was very clean. Seems to be either a new hotel or one that was recently refurbished. The staff was GREAT, very personable. Location was so so, and there is a busy rail road line very near. I'm a light sleeper so the train woke me up frequently. However the beds were comfortable, the room was very clean. the room was not clean I was able to change to a room that was a little and I mean little cleaner but now I had to deal with no elevator.

I did not and will not use this hotel again. It is not user friendly for seniors.
No elevator and some of us older folks have a hard time with stairs..

I did not know the hotel did not have an elevator for seniors and my wife and I had a room on the second floor. My bad knee's do not like stairs up and down. I would not stay at this hotel again.
