Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Premier Grand Canyon Squire Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Old outdated rooms. bad service at the desk. Noisy- buy some pneumatic closers for the doors.

spacious room
The saguaro bar & grill is by no means a "grill" restaurant

Found the hotel odd. Liked the room with exception of a well needed regrout job on bathroom tile. Tub was large if one is into baths. Disappointed with restaurant near game room. Thought the hotel might be best suited for families with younger children.

The location so close to the National Park. Very friendly service and a wonderful meal in the restaurant.
Our server in the downstairs Sports Bar (fun center) did not provide a receipt for our room charges and was unhappy when we asked for one.

This is a very nice hotel offering everything you need after a long day at the Grand Canyon. Everything that we expected including free wi-fi was included in the price quoted.

Clean, spacious room. Close to National Park entrance.
The parking is crowded, but not ridiculously so.

Location from Grand Canyon is excellent- Approx 3 min drive with no traffic. Within walking distance of select restaurants. You can buy park entry passes at the hotel. Room was clean. Internet worked perfectly. Despite the size of hotel parking was easy.
The room was pretty warm even though the thermostat was on 65. Didn't seem like the room was cooling down. Very limited tv channel selection. My guess is they are limited due to the location.

Overall I would stay here again. You are very close to the Grand Canyon entrance. Buy your entry pass at the hotel to save you time. In addition you are within walking or short driving distance to restaurants and convenience stores.
