The hotel sits between a highway and train tracks, I was concerned about noise. I did not hear any traffic or trains. They also have the best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed in. Staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Location was still further than destination. However, you have to get lost to find it. It's complicated to get to the hotel.I liked the room location in the hotel.
The sheets we're dirty. The phone didn't work. There was a spider in the room.

It was clean. Breakfast was good.
Hard to find. We used gps and it took us to the wrong place. The hotel staff knew about this and talked us to their location. The hotel is right across from railroad tracks, and the trains are loud.

Staff were very helpful, which only complemented the quality of the hotel itself.
The curtains on the east side didn't keep the early morning sun out quite well enough.

Quiet location, clean, friendly staff, good eating area downstairs always well catered for and kept full of food. I asked for (and was courteously granted) a late 2pm checkout, which was later than I expected, but quite nice. Views to Nellis fighter traffic were an excellent bonus, especially when the Thunderbirds arrived with trailing smoke! The beds and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast was great.
Our room had a funny smell the whole time.

Good location, right next to the highway. Would stay again next time.

I liked the convenience and the wonderful breakfast that came with the price. I did not like that the day after booked with priceline that they advertised a price $10 cheaper for the same hotel....That is not a good thing to do.....did not make me happy

Great place, away from the strip, convenient to shopping

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
The late night staff was horrible. Pool was open 24 hours and people were loud and keeping guests up and the person at the front desk would not do anything about it. MANY guest complained to no avail.3 hours this went on and we were on the 3rd floor.

Was extremely disappointed. we have stayed there before and were satisfied, so we came back. NEVER AGAIN. the first gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We woke up at 2 in the morning to people at the pool yelling, screaming, laughing loudly. (we are on the 3rd floor) we waited a half hour before calling the front desk. The person at the desk said he was sorry and would let the know. 3 hours later and 2 more phone calls later nothing changed. he couldn't kick them out because the pool is open 24 hours. he didn't want to leave the front desk because "someone on the first floor might need a towel". are you kidding me! he admitted many guests had already complained, but he didn't want to fight them. we didn't get much sleep and they never offered to take care of the room, or future cost of room. The beds were very comfortable, the pool open 24/7
A biggy is that we had made the reservation for NON SMOKING but they gave us a SMOKING room, which really made the stay unpleasant in that aspect. Also, their breakfast room needs improvement, with another waffle maker or two.
