Staff was friendly and helpful. Towels were super soft and fluffy. Room was very nice. Everything in the room was clean and modern. I`d stay there again before a flight.

Very comfortable room in every way. Unusual: window curtains kept light out very well (I need this to sleep well).

Ideal location next to Newark Liberty Parking, which is economical and has bus available for quick trip to airport. Every employee I had contact with was friendly and helpful. Room was outstandingly clean and comfortable, with no odd smells. Wake-up call (computerized) came right on time. Standard hotel hot breakfast, with perhaps a few more items than some.

The room was clean.
Restaurant they say is next door is a long walk in an industrial area with no sidewalks and part of it is on a heavily traveled road. Long, dangerous walk. No offer to give a lift. Many other issue. Not enough words to tell you all.

Stay away unless you only need a bed for the night in a clean room. Anything more than that, go somewhere else.

They offer a shuttle service to Penn station which is nice. Just note lots of traffic. This saves driving into NY. The young girl at the resturant-bar (late shift) was very friendly and talked to us. Had dimples and a great smile. Highlight of our stay.
No pool. Breakfast 7-10am and would have liked 6am breakfast time-to venture out sooner. Surrounding area is dirty-trash everywhere-since it is in an industrial area. Windows were very dirty from the inside and out. Next 2 airport-lots of traffic noise. *

One night was sold out so had to stay somehwere else (HJ by airport) and came back for two nights. We went back only for airport convenience. *This front desk staff were all very unfriendly-negative. Almost put off ATTITUDE-I would fire them all. SERVICE!!!. If you hate your job please step aside and do us all a big favor. I have stayed in lots of hotels-this is key when you are a stranger in any city. Just be nice!. Would suggest any hotel to know your area. Offer or have available information to attractions. The coffee machine did not work. The safe use cumbersome by having to go down to the desk. Your desk clerk was very good considering that he had to answer phones, get us signed in, and other interruptions. How about having other help in this period.

I was very surprised! Most of the time what you see online in photos is not what you get...It was just as it was advertised! I will stay here again..and recommend it to others!
Parking..but I understand it based on space in New Jersey

Great staff! Very friendly! The room met my expectation! I highly recommend this location.

It was easy to get to and from; it was reasonably priced ( not cheap though); the rooms were clean; restaurant food ok (but it was a convenience not to have to go out to eat late at night);breakfast was included.
When we first arrived they had difficulty finding our reservation; the mattresses were too soft, uncomfortable; food in the evening was not of high quality; breakfast foods, french toast and pancakes, were not easy to identify, no menus or signs.

Parking on grounds; reasonable prices for food and free breakfast; easy access to main highways.
