The Continental Breakfast had alot of options. The Rooms were spacious and clean.
DID NOT like the fact that upon arrival I had to shovel out my own parking spot.
I would reccommend this hotel to friends, and I would stay there again.

My time was too short there.
It's a great place to stay for business or leisure, especially if you small kids who swimming pool.

Dirty carpets, musty smell, overcrowded breakfast and poor parking.
The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The place has a dirty stained look to it. The parking does not seem adequate and cars were double parked everywhere. The Wi-Fi is very weak even though I had upgraded my stay. The breakfast nook is over crowded and there is no place to sit and eat. Long lines take forever to move. The check in staff was very polite, but the check out staff was just rude. ...

Front desk staff recommended getting an all day transit pass for $8. It was the best investment.
The picture of the pool on the hotel website was extremely misleading, and was much smaller than expected.
The hotel elevator was slow and clunky, and our room was oddly shaped. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, free parking.
Hard to find if you are not coming from he airport. Hotel staff do not answer the phone. We were lost and could not contact them. Tried for 2 hour.
This is ideal for business travelers, of people with an overnight stop over in their travels. I do not recommend this hotel for people wanting to travel in downtown Montreal. It is not far but difficult to locate. The staff do not answer the phone, and took ages to check each person in ( 10 min each on average). Our room had to fridge, which would have been very helpful as we were traveling with a baby. ...
