It was quiet. The public space is friendly.
Pool very cold. Toilet too small. Beds uncomfortable.
Breakfast enjoy was excellent. Food was good.

It is a great hotel to stay at, I would come back to it next time I travel to the same area
The swimming pool was not heated at the time of our stay because they said the pool heater was broken.
The hotel was very nice & clean, my family & I enjoyed the stay because of the hot breakfast buffet & the indoor pool.

I liked the fact that they served hot breakfast.
Not enough staff to handle the check in and phone calls. The Jacuzzi tub wasn't working.
The hotel was nice and clean. Not enough staff. There was one staff member handling phone calls and check ins. I had to grab my own towels from laundry because staff members were too busy. I picked the room because of the Jacuzzi tub and the tub was not working.
