The mattresses/pillows were very good (usualgood BW offering). The lobby and front outside look to be typical good BW style. What was really off-putting was a chair in our room and other rooms on our side of the building (that we could see while they were being cleaned) was the chairs (I guess they are leftovers from dorm days). They need to be replaced. They are absolutely filthy. Upholstered cloth with stain upon stain to the point that we just couldn't sit in ours. Not knowing until check-out what this place had been, the condition of the disgusting chair sort of set a tone of mistrust about everything else. There were red (not faded brown or red) marks on the sheets on one bed. They appeared to be blood. They might not have been but the presence of the filthy chair had by then shaken our confidence in the room. This particular franchise owner should quickly consider getting rid of old furniture that is soiled from earlier days. It's a turn off for the traveller and nothing that helps us recommend this location to others. I know, it didn't help that we had just come from the magnificent BW in Wilkes Barre. It's just how our journey worked out. Still, as it stands, I wouldn't recommend this location unless some furniture is replace. Plain and simple, the presentation of the chair's condition turned us off the moment we arrived. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
The hotel was fine for our purpose (a quick stop mid-trip) but the location was a bit remote and the parking situation wasn't the best. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but only for a quick overnight stay.

The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. I was completely unnerved by the noise level though. Our room was by the side entry and I heard every person come and go throughout the night. I also shot out of a dead sleep every time someone flushed the toilet above our room. It sounded like the ceiling was coming down. I also was disappointed by the "hot breakfast." A cold hard boiled egg and bacon is not a hot breakfast. I figured there would be at least potatoes and scrambled eggs. Like I said it was clean and the staff was nice. The beds were even comfortable, but the lack of sleep was a problem. ...

This hotel is overpriced for its services. It did have a nice, free, continental breakfast. Location is not right off the highway. It is in about 1 1/2 miles from 80.

We were in a handicap room (I think my mistake) directly under the lobby. It was very noisy with all of the foot traffic on ceramic floors. Plus the lobby TV was on all night with the noise filtering down to the room. The hotel was very hard to get to from the highway and was a long way from either exit on 80. Beds were not queen but double beds. We canceled the second day and went somewhere else. ...

I would have enjoyed my stay more if I had been in the main hotel area and been able to access the pool and other amenities. But I was placed in the conference center building which was disconnected from the main hotel making it inconvenient to attempt to go out in the cool damp rain. Other than that the hotel lived up to my expectations.
