Hotel Guest Reviews of the Inn at the Peachtrees

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location to event in downtown Atlanta.
Hotel is in need to repair. It's old and no air conditioning in the lobby or elevator shafts. It was 90 degrees outside and it felt like walking into an oven on the elevator which was about 4' x 4' in size.

Location
Roach motel. Literally. Had to change rooms because of 5 inch roach. Moves another room where i saw another roach in the morning. Filthy. Someone's wash cloth was left hanging on the shower rod.

The rooms were extremely small for the price and a $15 per day parking fee had to be added. It might be suitable for business travel, but it is not for families. When I asked if we could have a larger room,I was told that all the rooms were the same size.

downtown room well equipped with fridge and great coffeemaker. staff responsive to guest concerns. comfy bed. generally quiet. only 20 minute walk to Georgia World Congress Center. can walk to eateries. good value.
loud party in the courtyard, but staff responded, noise terminated at 9:30 PM. Each day, basic items like soap, coffee, towels, missing and had to request. Front desk overworked and long waits for help (but very helpful/nice when my turn came).

Service of staff was excellent and the location was good.
More noise than ideal, especially one night when guests were hanging outdoors and talking at 2:30am. Television broke, perhaps due to a power failure. They were able to replace it the next day.

The ladies at the front desk are WONDERFUL! I love their attitude and laughter.
The peeling bathtub freaked me out. I can't even imagine the bacteria that grows underneath it. Surprised to see a black Sharpie was used to touch up the black paint on the recessed shelving. Room 118
