Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plains Motel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

What a great place to stay. Clean ,comfortable and super friendly staff. Conveniently located for side trips in the area.

Everything was perfect.

Proximity to wall drug
Washer and dryer should be available to the guests.

Hot tub was nice.
Front desk staff not so friendly.

Not a bad place for the money, no fridge, smaller TV, but overall not bad.

Very clean, well kept, good breakfast, nice sheets and
hot tub.
The decor could be up dated, but the cleanliness makes up for it.

Leaving it.
Hot tub was dirty, staff in a hurry for you to leave.

Don't go, save yourself some pain, Rapid City is way too close to bother with this town and Wall Drug is a tourist trap not worth the drive.

They left us a key for our late night arrival.
Breakfast was very poor and apace for diners inadequate.

We really expected something much more comfortable than we got. Breakfast, one of the major reasons we chose this place, was unappetizing, and the space for diners was crowded and hot. Many people took food outside or back to their rooms.

The indoor and outdoor pools.
The AC unit did not have thermostat. It was either on or off.

The rooms seemed clean and the pools were nice.

Lots of space.
Uncomfortable beds, chairs.

Rude staff, rock hard beds, 1/2 mile walk to ice machine, whats not to like?
