I arrived at 12, requested a particular room due to accessibility issues, was told they will clean it right away- two hours later nothing was done. Per my request the Front desk numerously called Cleaning- the answer was, it's being cleaned right now. I walked outside to check, it was a lie. Only after 3pm, after 3 hrs of waiting in lobby the room became available.

We booked two double bed rooms. When we arrived, there were only single bed rooms available and both rooms were not close to each other. We asked for extra blankets and there were no extra blankets available. The worst experience ever.

Elevator was very old and slow. Hotel staff was no help.

Good, Clean, Affordable right off the strip close to The Venetian, Harrahs and Wynn... Shuttle runs every hour and the monorail is just a few minutes away... Room is dated, however large, clean and well laid out with fridge, coffee maker and such...
Dated... But a GREAT value...

If you are looking to visit Vegas and need a clean, affordable hotel to sleep each night, I HIGHLY recommend ;-)...

There is nothing about this hotel to be recommend. The features advertised either did not exist or did not work. I chose this hotel because of low price and its close proximity to the convention center. It was a mistake.
The internet did not work during the entire 5 days. The desk kept telling us that they were trying to fix it. There is no Casino. There is only a strip of slot and poker machines jammed into the lobby.

The shuttle service was not reliable. It only stops at the hotel once an hour and you have to fight to get on. You can not rely on the shuttle to take you to the airport in a timely manner.

The layout of the room was very nice. We had two queen beds, and the divider gave a nice sense of privacy. Those rooms that have a sitting area in place of one of the beds would be extremely comfortable. Very nice value, and a comfortable place to stay.
Housekeeping was not stellar. One day the hotel's shuttle van was not running because it had to go in for service, which was fine except there was no way to know if you were waiting for the shuttle at Bally's (it had been running earlier in the day).

Staff did not handle checkout well. Three employees were talking at the desk and did not pay attention to the fact that I was waiting in line for assistance. When I did come right up to the desk, one employee started to help, but had to ask another clerk to do it because her computer had frozen. That was fine, except he paused to try to restart her computer before helping me-- which would have been fine if he had just made a quick try, but he started fussing with the computer despite the fact that I was still waiting to check out. He also had some trouble giving me a receipt (at first did not give me one, when I asked he said he could e-mail it, when I said I needed a paper copy he initially only gave me one page when it was a two page document.) I liked that it was walking distance to the monorail and that they offer a free shuttle every hour to the strip. The shower was awesome and the beds and pillows were super comfortable.
Our room was smaller than what the pictures showed online. The elevator felt like a sauna. When we turned on the flat screen in our room the channels were all fuzzy and there wasn't ESPN. We had to go down to the bar to watch sports.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. I close to LV convention center, the strip and the airport; and I also need to mention that at check in the person at the desk was very nice. Only at check in!
Didn't have a microwave either a work desk as mention on the reservation. The house keeping was very rude. By 0800 was knocking at my door, then came back around 1000 and try to open the door and start complainning, because I was in the room.

Start talking to an another employee infront of the door, I was in the room and I can hear everything. She swear that she wasnt coming back to clean the room. That day I didnt got my room clean. At check out the person at the desk wasnt in the best mood. I asked a question about the billing and I never got the right answer. I had to figure it out my self. The price is very good, the location is great but the infraestructure is a little out of date. Out of 2 employees that I interact directly one was very helpful the other was rude.
