Hotel Guest Reviews of the Mardi Gras Hotel & Casino

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location.room right next to the pool as promised. Nice pool & courtyard.
A previous guest had kicked open the bathroom door and it wasn't fixed yet. It was tricky to get the bathroom door shut. The drain in the sink also needed to be cleaned, it drained slowly, but it drained. A couple of more pillows would of also been nice.

What i liked best was the divider between the two beds in our room. It offered a little more privacy for the couples. The room also had a good dining area with a mini fridge.
I did not like the beds at all! The blankets were paper thin but the mattress was hard as rocks. My back was sore each morning.

The staff were friendly enough and quick to help. The room itself was spacious and the divider between the beds was nice. I know its Vegas and everything costs something, but i wish for the price, breakfast was at least free. That wasn't the case. The location is actually a bit from the strip itself. Shuttles are offered but its still a drive to the actual strip. The experience itself was okay all things considered. Its a decent room with a decent price, just dont expect the rockstar experience. ...read more

location- next to the Convention center
customer service

I arrived at 12, requested a particular room due to accessibility issues, was told they will clean it right away- two hours later nothing was done. Per my request the Front desk numerously called Cleaning- the answer was, it's being cleaned right now. I walked outside to check, it was a lie. Only after 3pm, after 3 hrs of waiting in lobby the room became available.

Location
We booked two double bed rooms. When we arrived, there were only single bed rooms available and both rooms were not close to each other. We asked for extra blankets and there were no extra blankets available. The worst experience ever.

Elevator was very old and slow. Hotel staff was no help.

Good, Clean, Affordable right off the strip close to The Venetian, Harrahs and Wynn... Shuttle runs every hour and the monorail is just a few minutes away... Room is dated, however large, clean and well laid out with fridge, coffee maker and such...
Dated... But a GREAT value...

If you are looking to visit Vegas and need a clean, affordable hotel to sleep each night, I HIGHLY recommend ;-)...
