Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Kiva Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I liked the location and the rooms were fine.
Our room was at the top of the stairs and ALL of the noise from the lobby came right into our room; not fun when you get woken up at 2am because of loud drunk people and again at 6am by people eating breakfast!

I Love the Noon check out time and breakfast was just enough
Need more towels and better lighting in the room.

Everything was pretty much worth the price. The staff was very friendly and able to fix little problems quickly. like no shampoo forgotten items giving directions. I would like to see better lighting it was dark in the room and I would also like coupons in the lobby for delivery food.

Nothing
No elevator to second floor. Flat screen TV, but no HD. No in room movies.

More motel than a hotel. Hauling luggage up stairs is ridiculous (no elevator). Horrible location it's not within walking distance of anything.

Very attractive, easy access to highway and center of town, nice breakfast area and charming staff.
Only one room key provided.

A fine example of the better Best Western hotel. Convenient, clean, attractive and easy to access from I-25 in CO.

The amenities were great for the affordable price. Easy access to Downtown as well.
Parking was a little tricky if you arrived after a certain time of night. Available, but not ideal.

The Southwestern style/decor makes this hotel unique (for a Best Western), and it was a great value for the cost. It's not fancy boutique hotel, but well worth what we paid for it. If you need a simple, clean, affordable hotel with your basic amenities (free internet, in-room fridge, complimentary breakfast), this is the one for you. It's only about two miles East of the main thoroughfare, College Avenue, which makes access to Downtown and the college exceedingly easy.

Exceeded my expectations; would recommend this facility to anyone.
The swimming pool was still closed for the winter; I would have liked to swim.

We picked this facility
looking for a pet friendly motel/hotel. We were on a long drive from Washington DC to Utah and wanted to get past Denver. This Best Western Kivi in Fort Collins, was perfect, and exceeded my expectations which are fairly fussy (good bathroom space, good storage/table space, free wifi, breakfast available onsite or next door, and CLEAN). Personnel we encountered were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast space. Looks like they have a nice pool area, but was still closed for winter. Had an initial issue connecting to the wifi, but was immediately fixed by Best Western IT tech. With or without a pet, this is a great facility for the money, about $95.00 including taxes and $10.00 pet fee. ...read more
