Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Crossroads Motor Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was spacious, great shower/tub combination, good location.
The air conditioning unit did not seem to function properly and the windows do not open.

They are pet friendly
The room and hotel did not seem particularly clean. I didn't like the breakfast room being upstairs.

Spacious, clean room.
Not a memorable location but somewhat convenient off the highway...fine if you're just there for a night.

Staff was rude! Too expensive for what it was. Not very clean.

Friendly staff and a clean room

Nice, clean room and bed. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for a quick weekend trip. Easy to find as it's right off of the highway.

The room was clean, had two beds,
and a desk.
There wasn't a lot of space to walk in between the bed, the doors, and other furniture. I think the price was too high for the season and amenities.
