Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Comanche Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

There were dead bugs in the floor. The bathroom floor was not clean. The wifi did not work as it repeatedly kicked you off, if you were able to connect. The staff was not helpful in resolving the internet issue when advised there was a problem.

The rooms were nice the bed was not worn out and everything worked and ran properly
The breakfast buffet was weak in my opinion. Not many choices and looked sort of bargin bassement like.

Good friendly staff. Helpful to myself and others on the business trip. Went to get breakfast elesewhere not impressed. Even with Priceline highest hotel in the area.

I liked that it was the highest star level hotel in the small town. We were there for a family wedding and needed a place to get ready and spend the night.
The hotel manager was rude & unprofessional. He gave us a single bed, smoking room. He charged us an outrageous amount to updrage to non-smoking, knowing my wife was pregnant. He said "I have to make up my money somehow."

The pros is that it offers a decent breakfast. We loved the Texas-shaped waffles. The cons is the manager. Clearly, he lacks customer-service skills. If he thinks he is "losing" money by using Priceline to fill-up rooms, he shouldn't use Priceline. He tries to "recover" his profit-loss by overcharging customers for everything. If you book a room at this hotel through Priceline, you are guaranteed a SMOKING single. If you want to change to a NON-SMOKING single, you will be charged a fortune. I don't think this is ethical. You shouldn't be charged extra for non-smoking anyhwere, especially if you are asthmatic, have children and are pregnant. ...read more

The staff was friendly & helpful. Overall, the place was clean. The only problem we encountered was mold in the air conditioning vent.

In the middle of no where was this nice clean modern hotel which I felt very safe in.
Not much in Comanche but that is not the hotels fault.

We checked in Saturday afternoon. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was modern, clean and slightly upscale. The room was exactly as advertised. All furnishings were clean and in good condition. The breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was clean with a nice selection of fresh items, breads, bagels, cereal, muffins, juice, a variety of milks, boiled eggs and cook your own waffles. Parking was safe and well lit. We were there with a car show and no vehicles were disturbed. ...read more

Very clean hotel! Nice rooms and big clean bathrooms. Very helpful/friendly staff.
Pillows are too fat, uncomfortable.

Best Western Comanche Inn was the best hotel of our family travels this summer. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions. They also noticed our young children and gave us a heads up as to when the pool was going to be closed for cleaning so that we could plan our day accordingly. We LOVED the rooms! We had a 2-bed room, and it was clean and of a good size. Even had a closed closet for hanging clothes. Bathroom was spacious, bright. Continental breakfast was typical, with cereals, muffins, juices, fruit. Good experience overall. ...read more
