Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Clifton Park

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great deal and breakfast was great. Person working at breakfast room was very friendly and attentive to guests needs. Very nice pool area.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. It's not fancy but was clean and comfortable.

For the star rating, we couldn't have been happier. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The room was very clean and the beds surprisingly comfortable.

Including breakfast at the listed price was an amazing deal. The kids loved the pool.

Close to the event I was at.
The room was freezing when I got in it and the top security lock was missing.

Nice hotel but the room was terrible.

Beautifully appointed rooms and lobby, nice hot tub and pool (bit small). Staff very friendly and accommodating. Loved the Tazo Zen tea & will buy some at home
breakfast had limited healthy options:yogurt, bananas & apples. Fresh or frozen cut fruit would be nice. Skim milk for cereal. Add compostable cups, bowls, silverware...

Lovely atmosphere and decor with warm and helpful staff close enough to Saratoga for the regattas and sight seeing in town. Close to every store you could need. Comfy bed with convenient fridge and microwave.

It had all the amenities of higher priced hotels at a more reasonable rate. The bathroom was large and nicely remodeled. it is tucked into a shady treed area, very cozy.
Lobby and breakfast area are awkwardly arranged probably due to old design of hotel. There is no elevator so you need to be aware of that before registering if you need a ground floor room.

I have stayed here twice and would recommend it. No elevator can be an issue but after reservation through priceline I called and they switched me to an appropriate location. It is an older design hotel that has been remodeled to fit current styles. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but it did look welcoming and spa-like.

Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Hallway and room smelled of smokers. Not sure what can be done about that but it would have been a better experience without the smoke smell.

The cleanliness of the room and the professional friendly staff.
Nothing.

A great median priced lodging facility with all the amenities of much more expensive hotel/motel's. The room was nicely accented, very clean and quite comfortable. They have rooms with jacuzzi's and the facility sports a very nice indoor pool and lounging area. The morning breakfast includes eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh pancakes, fresh bagels and english muffins as well as fresh fruit and a varity of yogurt's and fresh pasteries.. Really outstanding. It's location is also very convienent. It's right off rt 146 and near both I87 North or South and is surrounded by many places to eat. I would definitely book another stay here and would recommend it to others. ...read more
