Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Bastrop Pines Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Front desk was awesome, wish I had gotten her name. Beds were super comfy.
There was not a sign anywhere near the road where I needed to exit, building wasn't visible unless you're coming from the other direction.

I wish we could have stayed more than one night, it was great for what it was.

Got sent to wrong room first; got that corrected. Air conditioner in room was LOUD, all night long. Gave ear plugs to wife so she could sleep. Breakfast-placard that SYSCO has egg issues, so no eggs. REALLY? They are the only egg supplier in Bastrop, TX?

It was decent for the price. Room was clean and sufficient.
At the complementary breakfast there was no one there to refill items. The desk clerk was trying to do that and cover the desk. Also the fire alarm kept going off. Fortunately this was in the morning and not while sleeping.
