Staff was very helpful and polite.
a little pricey, but it's DC. It's going to be expensive.

Location was terrific! lot of restaurants nearby,...First day we walked to the White House and National Mall area. Metro station not far away. Very pleasant experience.

SANDPAPER TOWELS--NO WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER--NO SPACE FOR HANGING CLOTHES (20" TOTAL CLOSET ROD LENGTH FOR 2 PEOPLE)--EXCESSIVE PARKING FEE ($43.00/DAY). THIS ENDED UP NOT BEING A DEAL AT ALL!!!!! ORBITZ LOOKS REAL GOOD.

Location. That's about it.
Dated, worn-down, and poor quality. For example, the bed did not have a fitted sheet, but a thin mattress pad that was held down with two bungee straps. On top of that was a plain bed sheet which obviously kept sliding off during the night.

Unhelpful staff who were reluctant to help me locate a lost item (kept saying "we haven't had anything turned in yet", even though they eventually found it once I told them where exactly to look). Definitely not a 3.5-star hotel -- should be demoted in Priceline's listings. I stayed at a 2-star Hampton Inn the next day and it was far better in quality.
