Hotel Guest Reviews of the Beach Tower Atlantis, Autograph Collection

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The overall resort facility with water park and beach access.
The Staff was not welcoming, rooms were not served well, the resort is getting dated.

There were lots of activities to do that didn't cost an additional fee such as the movie theater and the night clubs (free for ladies only). It also did include a small fridge in the room, which wasn't stated.
I didn't like that everything on the resort was very expensive. For the price, it would be nice to even have free breakfast but nothing is free here except for the two bottles of water daily, which I'm sure is accounted for in your daily fee smh.

Save money and go the nearby grocery store for snacks and drinks as well as liquor too. Or go into town for some great local food at The Fish Fry (that's the area name), visit the grocery store for cereal, deli meat, bread etc. and the duty free liquor shop too to save on the very expensive resort drinks. I bought a burgers and fries for two with only one drink and paid $50. Everything includes 7.5% tax plus 15% gratuity on everything you buy even a $3 ice cream bar. That adds up very quickly plus to make matters worse. A staff member told me they don't even see any of that 15% smh. How dare they?! Go into town to save and support the community, which is actually poor in comparison to the luxe feel of the resort. The cab ride into town is $4 per person with a minimum of $11 if there is only two people. It's a quick ride. You can walk there but that's not as quick and there's very little sidewalk some cautious. But i walked into town once to see the area. Otherwise, once you cross over the bridge there is a bus stop that costs $1.25 per person if you wanna save on the constant cab rides. There's a beach in town too so take one of those atlantis beach towels along if u wanna stick around and swim a little in town too. I highly recommend water shoes. Some areas of the beach have rocks and the force of the waves may push you into them. Not to mention it's good to have while walking around the resort bc the floor gets very hot. There is also a hot tub tucked away in the aquaventure section so ask. Some employees don't know the location of everything so if they say no or don't know ask someone else. It is near the mayan temple. Better than paying to use the spa hot tub smh. Download the app as it is helpful with knowing what's available to do and semi-helpful map wise. I wish the map let you zoom in and it be great but it's a good tool to have. At night, Marina Village is pretty much the last place open and even has a mini carnival performance. ...read more

The hotel itself was nice, clean and had lots of activities.
Truth in advertising doesn't seem to be their strong suit. The thing that made me angry were the hidden "incidental" charges. It cost me an extra $400 for my 5 day stay. Won't be visiting again...

Enjoyed the upgraded water view. Beautiful beaches, rides and aquariums were awesome!
The food was very overpriced. Water activity rentals very expensive Most other hotels in nassau area cable beach provide free rentals to their guests. Kayaks, paddle bards, water bikes. The paddle board was 80.00 an hour to rent...

Facilities and things to do.
