It has a view of the Humboldt Harbor, sort of, mostly of a power plant. Traffic noise was bad. Eureka as a whole not a good town to be in except for a small old section with the best bookstore I've ever seen -- Eureka Bookstore.

The only thing wrong here is that there is no air conditioning. You can open the Windows and door to let the breeze in, but your staying right above the 101. The road noise is terrible. Other than that, it is easy to find, nice rooms, and very clean.

This is a basic, functional, hotel. Do not expect fancy decor or an impressive view. An "ok" value for the money.

This was a nice quiet inn that was located just off the highway so traffic noise was at a minimum during the night.

Funny room layout. Reminds me of an assisted living apartment. Balcony was nice, but not very private. Privacy walls or screens between the rooms would be nice. Does have a "bay view" but is not terribly serene as it includes factories with smoke pouring out of them and traffic filled streets between the hotel and the water. Not bad overall though. Would probably stay there again if the price was right. ...
