The room was cozy. However the staff gave us a wheelchair accessible room so we were unable to be romantic especially with us celebrating our anniversary. The room was on ground floor. I was unsure if it was cause we book through a third party.
The room need flat screen TV. The light in our room didnt work the one on the left amd the one on the main table.

The staff who check me is was nice. However the one who told me I could have a late check than when staff changed was telling me I am pass the time to leave. After I ask the original staff with approval. Overall, it was nice but I would like to visit again but I do not want a handicapped room save it for someone who really need it. The exterior of the property was clean. The room I had wasXXX and it was over the New Year weekend. The staff overnight when I check in was sweetheart it was a young lady and a man. The morning shift staff the man was way to serious. The young lady was pleasant to a certain extent. I hope that this property will honor guest with a more friendly service and a better room. Overall thank you, we might be back if we could get a suite. more

The only thing okay about his hotel was the location. About 10-15 minutes away from where we needed.
Everything about this hotel experience was terrible. Our bedding and pillows were damp and they refused to replace them when we asked for new ones. The Wifi did not work, the rooms were filthy, and the TV picture kept going out.

The overall hotel experience was terrible. We complained multiple times about the WiFi not working, the attendant's response was "I don't know" when I asked what do we do about it now. The bedding and pillows were damp as soon as we arrived and throughout the stay. I asked for new pillows and sheets and she told me we could not get new pillows and the replacement fitted sheet was to fit a queen bed when I had a king. A cover sheet was not provided. Our "blanket" for the bed were two sheets put together. The rooms were filthy. Dust and hair lined the floor of the room and hair on the bathroom floor and toilet. Our TV picture was going in and out and even after I called twice to the front desk, she told me she could not come to room to check now but once her partner got back she could, she never came. We had to hit our TV to just get a picture. Our housekeeping woman walked into our room twice when we were there. The hotel was terrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone. more

We did not get the chance to stay at this hotel because we were called back home unexpectedly for a medical problem and since we did not know until the morning of the day that we were to stay we had to pay the total price for the room even though we couldn't use the room. I feel there should be some sort of reimbursement for emergencies or unexpected circumstances. Most hotels give you until 4:00 pm of the day you are to arrive to cancel. This will probably keep me from using Priceline again. more

We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. Close to the airport but not too close. Overall a nice hotel, although we had a little difficulty finding it. We didn't have a decent map, however, and don't know Miami very well.
