Hotel Guest Reviews of the Baymont Inn And Suites Logan

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Very helpful staff.
Hallways on our floor were in desperate need of renovation. It must have been a smoking floor at one time because it still smelled of smoke. Room, however, did not smell. Bathroom could have remodeling.

Good location and breakfast.

Friendly front desk staff. Rooms were clean and breakfast supply was full even late morning.
Hotel looked a little worn like it was an older hotel.

The pool and hot tub are the only worthwhile thing about this hotel.
Rude staff, nothing is in working order. Breakfast is a bad joke and, a health risk. Unless you like mildew coffee, and stale pastries.

Don't waste your money, I never knew staying at a hotel could be so stressful. From start to Finish our stay here was horrible. We started our "relaxing" stay off being greeted by the wonderfully rude receptionist at the front desk who would be the cherry on the cake that was our night. We shrugged off her rudeness hoping to go to our room and relax. We settled ourselves in a moderate room, nothing glamorous but nothing to complain about for the price thus far. We decided to go out and grab a few things to eat for later that night. When we came back putting our later intended meal into the mini fridge in our room. We thought we'd take advantage of the pool it looked nice in the pictures. It was now 7pm. So we got dressed and found that when you flush the toilet the water kept running. I opened the back of the toilet to find the chain was broken. So on our way to the pool I stopped at the front desk and told the same woman who greeted me with a roll of her eyes. She offered to have us change rooms. I told her we were on our way to the pool and maybe after that. So after we were done swimming we decided were to tired to change rooms and just wanted to eat and relax until we fell asleep. I let her know we'd just deal with the broken toilet. Well....when We got back to the room we found the food we'd gotten to be melting. The fridge wasn't working. I went back up to the front desk worn out at this point with the whole thing. She just short of laughed in my face, saying I didn't know it wasn't working earlier. Why would I buy food and put it in it if I KNEW it wasn't working?!? She was snippy with me and told me she could only offer to change rooms. It is now 9:30pm and we have to pack everything up to move rooms. Let me tell you this room was a hidden gem! Pealing wallpaper stains all over the walls and ceiling, situated right next to screaming children. I just gave up and went to sleep. In the morning we went down to "breakfast" what a joke, health risk. ...read more

Rather you said I signed comtract or not I express deal for Zanesville which I know I hit that particular city for bid, not Logan. 2am in the morning as Im a avid business traveler and use your services extensively. This cit was too far from Zanesville
Price line did nothing to work with me with people that didn't speak english well, and I had to buy two hotels and did nothing to work with me.. All the years I;ve done business with you folks Im done...XXX-XXX-XXXX ..I dought I will hear form you!

If Im that important of a customer, I dought I will hear from you, and for this reason as Im dumb founded how I was treated to say the least...Im leaving priceline for good....Patrick Thomas

The convenience to shopping area and to the highway, other than the extensive bridge work.
When we arrived in our room there was a dirty cleaning cloth on our sink counter and no coffee pot just the coffee maker.

The complimentary breakfast was disappointing to us. "Featuring waffles" meant frozen waffles and pancakes in baggies that had to be microwaved or toasted. Having a dirty cleaning cloth and no coffee pot in our room when we arrived was discouraging also. I was charged for making a call to my sons cell phone who is at college. Our hallway outside of our room was blocked with two housekeeping carts, we had to move the one of the carts to get past. ...read more

Breakfast wasn't very special, just cereals and bagels.
Bed was too soft for my liking.

Overall a nice hotel. Great pool and spa area, always smelled nice in the hallways. I didn't really like how my room keys didn't work after 11am as I'm trying to load the car.

It was close to the main locations in the town.
It is old, smells like cigarettes and potpourri in a no smoking hotel. The staff was rude and questioned our reservation from Priceline. On the door in the room it stated the price for the room was $xxx a night but for a family of 4 it would be $xxx why?
