We went to the room when we checked in to hotel but found that the room had heavy smoking smell ,so they cancelled the reservation since they had no more rooms

There was no working pool and there seemed to be no attempt to fix it. the staff told us that it had been closed for weeks. The coffee was not fit for human consumption and the breakfast did not include any non processed items such as yogurt, fresh frui

The room was not of a 4 star hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable, carpet was dirty, curtains was falling of the rail and the carpet was coming up from floor and bahtub water wouldnt drain.

Friendly staff, very easy check in.
The second night we stayed the outlets in half of the room (including the fridge) did not work. I couldn't get anyone on the phone at the front desk to advise them of this. Also, lamps with no outlet to plug them in to.

The bathroom I found 2 long hair in the bath tub in it. The tub wasn't clean like it should be and the paint in the room was pealing and the need repaint in the rooms
