The staff was great, the food was excellent, the room was fantastic! Perhaps the best experience I had staying at a hotel! Only wish I could have stayed longer!

A quality establishment. The buffet meals are a must. Everything you would want in one location! The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The only negative part is having to leave!

The rooms were a bit antiquated. The bathroom was not in the best condition but at least the price was right.

Excellent staff and GREAT breakfast!

It's about 10min away from downtown San Jose, but cabs are only about $10. Also, they offer amazing tours.

loved the included wonderful very complete breakfast buffet, complete with champagne and everything else under the sun, a beautiful view into the heart of San Jose and lovely setting.
Bathrooms are dated

For the very brief moment I was there, and for the price, everything was nice and plenty adequate.

hotel is convinient to the tourist
some of the services like telephone not working in the room( out going)

Hotel is nice. phone service ( out going was not working) cooler did not opened after our request . Otherwise it is good hotel.Thanks.

Such an amazing continental breakfast and awesome toiletries provided by the hotel, i.e. loofah, soap, shampoo, conditioner, portable toothbrush and toothpaste as well as shaver with cream!

I stayed only one night after coming in from San Jose airport to wait for my departure in the morning to Arenal Mountain area. The rooms were clean, big, bathroom was spacious with double sinks, awesome toiletries provided by the hotel, and lastly, great continental breakfast with unlimited mimosa!
