i loved how clean the hotel was and how attentive the staff was.
i did not like the buffet food at all. for it being a 4 star hotel i expected better quality food.

Location to airport and Cabo Adventures dolphin adventure. The concierge desk was very helpful. All inclusive package was awesome. Great staff.
Food wasn't as good as I would have expected. Very long wait times for restaurants, especially for the French and Japanese restaurants. In-room WiFi was HORRIBLE! I heard the WiFi was better in the lobby but I didn't try it.

Great pools and beach.

Would be nice to be able to get appetizers in the Martini Bar esp when waits are long or one doesnt want the full sit down meal experience wish we could have taken carry out at buffet to our room to eat on patio

Woman general manager was excellent to deal with when we had a problem
