The breakfast picnic baskets were great!
No help with problem and

This hotel does make their confidential breakfast seem extraordinary by delivering them in picnic baskets. There was plenty of variety and food. However, we will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to our friends and family. They gave us a room that did not meet the description that was provided. We had no spa bath tub while that was in the description and was the main reason we booked this room. The staff were unwilling to help us and didn't seem to care that we were upset. ...

Friendly atmosphere, great breakfast, quaint, friendly staff and great location.
I liked it a lot, it had a great location, walking distance to old Montreal and other sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The basket breakfasts were quaint and very good.
