Hotel Guest Reviews of the Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The grounds were nicely kept. The room was large and exceptionally lovely. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Lots of people around, but the spaciousness of the property handled the crowd well. Liked all of the outdoor sitting areas.
Took awhile to reach our room from the front of the hotel. The additional fees added on the bill. Example: valet parking fees on top of the base price.

Beautiful. Lots of space in the rooms.
House keeping doesn't knock and when there's a deadbolt lock they still continuously yank on the door waking the whole room up. 3 SEPARATE TIMES after explaining that we had an extended check out.
