Management and visiting owner great at making excuses for poor quality, high prices, misleading location. Tap water undrinkable but they made you purchase bottled that was only available after 9am. No coffee or tea in rooms and no service til 9. The owner was visiting from NYC, was drunk and bothering guests. He lunged at me, have me an unwanted hug and asked if he could go back to California with me-yuck! I was on anguilla for wedding. Thought I would be in The Valley. The roads around the island are poorly marked if at all. No lighting or shoulders and people, goats, dogs, puppies all walked along the roads. Really dangerous especially in the frequent rain. The owner would not let me get out of staying, and even mocked me by calling me "the commuter". Tile grout dirty, shower head broken, toilet wobbled, windows permanently fogged, lattis flapping. Shabby building, deceptive ad, diningroom was cafeteria style. No privacy and the manager even did her office work in there. Also the monthly renters made it seem like an apartment complex. My room was advertised as ice front delux. It was not that. My vacation was nearly ruined by the hour commute I had everyday to be with my family. I had to stop and ask strangers for directions every time which put me at risk a single woman, for robbery or worse. The owner was unsympathetic. I met others who thought thy would be in The Valley as well. Managers excuse was that that is where the PO box was located. Even your survey asked how My stay was in The Valley. It's NOT in The Valley! I was checked in at about 6:30 pm by a prep cook who only informed me that the TV didn't work. When I asked what the password was for wifi, she questioned whether my plan included free wifi. I was not told about any thing such as water availability, restaurant hours, or anything. It was really unprofessional, unwelcoming and felt like a huge rip Off. ...
