The location and the friendly staff.
The exhaust vent in the shower did not work.

This is a very nice and clean 2 star hotel that shouldn't be overlooked. Definitely would recommend.

Very nice staff.Clean rooms,great pool and hot tub area.The breakfast area was awesome and food was very good.The Americinn brand coffee is outstanding!!!!!

I give the the Americinn a 9.5 out of 10.Met my needs and the price was very good.I would recommend staying here to anyone.

This was a wonderful surprise stay. Have never booked thru Priceline before, decided last minute NYE trip. Rooms were clean, rented king/ commedor suite and it was great. Friendly staff, STELLAR breakfast. Great pricing was the number one sticker. Couldn't be happier. Will most definitely stay again : )

The hotel was super clean. The bathrooms were clean and the pool and hot tub areas were all very clean. The breakfast was awesome, no need to even go out for breakfast. The staff were very friendly.
Breakfast ended too early, and pets are not allowed, so my relatives had to stay elsewhere. Almost everyone I know these days travels with their pets.

All in all a wonderful hotel for the price. It was very clean, neat, and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and their set-up and tables were all neat and clean. The pool was nice and big and the hot tub was just right. The area was large, had chairs, towels, restroom/shower room, and very comfortable. All areas were very clean.

It's a smaller hotel, nothing fancy smancy but great for a quick stay with no frills. Clean pool & jack. Very good continental breakfast and friendly staff. The prices are affordable. We love staying there.
