We really enjoyed our stay overall. Nice clean rooms, good choices for breakfast, central location and a very nice helpful staff.

the pool bathroom was not cleaned regularly and there were rust stains on the door frames. the arcade games did not work in the pool area. the pool area was dark and dingy. the rooms did not have very good privacy from the bathroom, which were quite small. no separate clothes closets. our rooms were not cleaned during our 2 day stay. this meant the beds were not made and no clean towels or toiletries given. we had to ask for towels. when we complained, we anticipated the rooms to be cleaned but they were not. when we asked for a late check out, the front desk staff told us that we had to leave by 11am. the original female staff i spoke to did not respond and another male came out of the staff room to tell us that we had to leave by 11am because they were renovating the second floor. it felt like they were just saying that get rid of us. ...

The hotel was in a decent location and lobby was nice. The room was below average with outdated beds and bedding. The mattresses felt like they were 100 years old. The carpets felt damp and looked quite dingy. Considering the price we paid through Priceline, it was not much of a deal and I don't think I would use this method again. I have had better experiences just walking into a hotel and getting the room we want for a better price...especially on a Sunday night when vacancy is high. ...

Good location, clean, good breakfast, helpfull staff, and a real good hot tub/pool area. Only complaint would be shipping containers in parking lot.

A bit worn but then it was modestly priced and if you don't have a car, well worth the price.

In general, this was a pretty good place to stay. Anyone needing to attend functions at the University of North Dakota would be pretty close to the campus. The breakfast selection was traditional but also very good. I was there at 6:00 a.m. and everything was ready and waiting so I got to eat and then get off to an early start for the rest of my trip.
