Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americas Best Value Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location and ease of check in and accomodations and breakfast.

While I did not expect a "fancy" hotel, I had all I needed and more. Appliances (microwave, refrigerator, TV, clocks, phone, hairdryer, coffee maker) and coffee supplies and toiletry items) were all newer and clean. Bedding was newer (did not appear to be "well worn") and comfortable. I did not hear other guests and I know I had at least one in the next room.

The low cost and the fact that you get a complimentary breakfast.

We reserved two rooms for our family. I felt like it was everything a two star motel should be. I'm a picky housekeeper and I thought everything looked clean, though you could tell it was an older motel. I only found one hair in the shower and a tiny black bug in the bathroom. I noticed my toddler's feet were a little black from walking on the carpet. However, my sister's room came equipped with a flyswatter and she found three bugs in her room. I guess her room had a crack. The bed was a tad hard for my taste, but like I said, it fulfilled my expectation for a two star motel. I really liked the breakfast. I had a waffle and sausage/egg burrito with apple juice. ...read more

The owner of the place was rude and quick to get angry. He refused to resolve the problems he had with the booking until we contacted Priceline directly. After speaking to a rep, he complied yet still belittled our party and continued to chastise us. After telling him that we did not appreciate his demeanor or the way he treated us, his excuse was that that is who he is and he can't change it. I would NEVER advise anyone to book this hotel. Priceline needs to look into the hotels who they do business with because if this is the level of service we get, I would rather take my business to other websites, which have the same competitive rates. ...read more

It was close to the university my child attends. Restaurants and shopping was close by.
The staff was not very friendly and would not provide extra blankets when requested the first night. They said they did not provide blankets.

The hotel is unattractive on the outside, and the rooms are only so-so. They have a swimming pool but it was unused during our stay. Except for the night we arrived, the staff was not very friendly or helpful. A couple next door to us was checking in and when they saw the room, the lady complained and they both left without taking the room. Overall the hotel is a poor choice. You would do better going across the street to another place. ...read more

It was a clean enough place to lay our heads down and take showers
Some of the hotel staff were quite rude. We were not made to feel at home there.

OK place to stay if you just want a clean bed and bathroom. It did have a refrigerator, which was a plus. Other priceline 1-start motels have been a lot better.

It was clean.
Bad condition broken toilet, roaches, and torn carpet.

The room that was given was at the farthest end we were only ones in that side of building very spooky. There eras many other rooms close by reception and not occupied.

I did not stay at this hotel. My mother died at 5:30 in the morning on October 3, 2011 and I did not stay over night. I had to go on to Alva, Oklahoma and be with family and make plans for the funeral.
