Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americas Best Value InnOur hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

If you need a bed, shower, and wifi and the rest of the amenities are only fluff this is a decent hotel. The location is good although it might be confusing to get to for some travelers.

This was an appalling experience for us. The blankets had questionable "stains" and holes in the blankets. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows were thin and worn. Staff not available when we called. Restaurant would not redeem the coupon we received at check-in. We accidentally forgot one of our items on our trip and when we called they said the manager would have to approve it (and is off site for unknown amount of time) & they would send it to us for a fee. We calculated our losses and realized we got off light by not calling back... or going back!
