Family Traveling with Young Children
Overall the hotel was nice. There needs to be some updates done on the hotel and the rooms. I had a nine year old with me and the TV didn't have Disney or Nick, other cable stations were available so that was only a small problem. The hotel offered breakfast which was a nice option. The pool was a nice size for the amount of people staying at the hotel and it seemed very clean. ...

Our room did not have any towels. Front desk told me to come and get some. Rented two rooms, didn't get rooms we requested because "someone higher up" messed up. Given two rooms in separate buildings. Washer and dryer were not working.

Nice hotel for short trip. Hotel is older and does need updating in many areas. Nothing fancy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice for the children.

I asked for a non-smoking room. I received a smoking room. When I inquired, they said they cleaned the room. I became very ill. My friend's eyes burned and he was very ill. We are not smokers. The TV was not working properly. When he asked about the TV working properly, the response to him was that he should be out fishing and enjoying the weather. The weather was cold and we did not want to go outside but it was not anyone's place to tell us what to do. The bed was so old it sagged it in the middle. We tried the other bed and the other one was just as old. I was not happy with the services at all. We tried to find another room, but due to the holiday weekend, we were not able and we were too late to cancel the reservations we had. It was awful! I will not recommend this hotel.
