Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americas Best Value Inn Casino Center Lake Tahoe

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We could only book this hotel for 1 night unfortunately, then had to go to Super 8 the next night which wasn't good! We were pleasantly surprised how big the room was and the beds were very comfortable. We definitely will return.
The Wifi didn't work. So we connected to the guest one which did not need a password and it worked. I believe if you are spending over--- a night in a hotel you should have internet access. We stayed at Forrest Suites before and the internet didnt work

The staff were great! The front desk clerk Matt was very accommodating. When we first arrived South Tahoe was under a black-out from a summer storm. Other than that, the lights went back on a few hours later and our stay was very comfortable...just too short. I wish I could have booked this same room for two straight nights. At the time I did, they did not have a room with two queens for the two nights I needed. We had to book the Super 8 and it was terrible. This hotel I will recommend to anyone who are on a budget like we are. The room was very spacious, surprisingly so (I have spent more money on hotels with a lot less space), the beds were comfortable, the wifi worked fine (the guest one) ...the one they gave us with a password did not work. This is truly the best hotel for the dollar in South Tahoe. To us, this hotel exceeded being a 2-star hotel. We definitely will return and stay here for a few nights, maybe more! ...read more

Good location
Old flooring, exterior and interior in need of remodeling or renovation, parking tight some beds needed to be changed as springs were felt.

The location was great.
Online it showed very nice rooms and a beautiful tire shower. The room had no AC and the bathroom was a wreck. It had cracked caulking all over and you had the hold the toilet handle for 10-15 seconds for it to flush. There was also a blaring light out.

Good location. Staff was cool. The hotel itself was a dump. I get it. It's Tahoe and all the hotels are overpriced but 123 a night for this was bad.

Location was great. Variety of good breakfast choices. Clean room. Staff very friendly.
Thin walls and squeaky beds. Would prefer a second floor room next stay.

it was the only room without air conditioning on a hot weekend. No one told me that I was going to be in the 3rd floor last room with the 90 year old mother in law. I had a bad knee so I couldn't use the stairs much either.

Located near the beach with complimentary beach access pass. Ammenities were more than I expected. It had a pool, hot tub, sauna, laundry and business services.
The property is divided into two locations. Our room was on a separate building accross the street from the main area a few minutes walking distance west. TV could be updated to flat screen; keys are actual heavy keys, which have a replacement cost $10
