You get what you pay for. Big room that would be $---+ at a 5 star hotel. One drawer from the dresser was sitting on top of the dresser instead of where it should be, so that was awkward. And the bathtub was dirty. This place could be so much better if they just stepped it up in house keeping. The room in general felt dirty, but that was expected from other reviews, so I brought paper towels and spray bleach to wipe downn some areas, and wore my shoes while walking in the room. But I'm not upset because the price was great and you get what you pay for. ...

I would never in a million years stay at this place again. I have traveled all over the US and have stayed in America's Best but this one is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I even complained about the hair clippings on the sink and tray and NOTHING was done about it. Horrible to have something run across your arm in the middle of the night as well.

The most disgusting place i have stayed in a while. It used to be a Motel 8, now its run by . who do not keep the place up. The pool was disgusting, dirty and had pieces of furniture in it. There was roaches running in the main lobby.

Mrs was friendly, and the Mr was rude.
We chose this hotel because all the others were booked because of graduation in Tallahassee. My family were there to funeralize the death of our father and grandfather. I booked it because I thought it was a hotel that I had booked before. After arriving there, it was a total shock for my family and I, just looking at the appearances. As I enter the room, the refrigerator door couldn't close and the owner was trying to kick it with his feet to close it. I suggested to take one from the other room. Since I only paid for two nights, we decided to stay there for those two nights. Were we satisfied, No!

I would not recommend that anyway stay at this hotel. There was trash surrounding the hotel and a large wooden board nailed to one of the walls. The materials had multiple different names on them (Motel 6, Super 8, Quality Inn), as if they collected materials from other hotels and used them themselves. There employees also gave me false information. She told me that I could receive a refund for my money since I was not pleased with the room. I was still charged.
