Hotel Guest Reviews of the Aloft Rogers-Bentonville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Good TV.
Nightclub in lobby was too much. Too small guest room.

Overall good, but small guest rooms and checking process while music blasting and guests partying seemed a little intrusive. Keep the nightclub but make front desk a little more quiet/private.

free wifi is convenient; staff were friendly; it is convenient to the Rogers, AR bus district.
The traffic noise from I-540 was nonstop and very annoying. My room was 2nd flr nearest the hwy.

I think some of the rooms are too close to I-540 and without earplugs I don't see how anyone could sleep due to the highway noise. It helped a bit to turn the AC way down so it didn't cycle off as much and drowned out the hwy noise. Part of the problem may lie in the quality of construction or the quality of the windows. If my room were on the far west side away from the interstate I think I would have been okay. Also, apparently there are no ice machines and the only place to get ice is to request it at the front desk. This is not a good idea for this part of North America especially in the summer. The lighting in the bathroom area is eco-friendly but rather dim. Would be easier to shave with more light. The lighting also makes the refrigerator beneath the sink hard to notice. Closet space is small. The room also had a bit of a funny smell when you first walk in. The bed was fairly comfortable and the king room was big enough to work at your desk or do some stretching on the floor. The overall cleanliness of the room was pretty good. The TV was pretty good. The walk-in shower was convenient but it seemed to leak out onto the bathroom floor despite there being a shower door. So, I'm giving my room a 2.5 star, but a room on the west side of the bldg might merit a 3 star. ...read more

I love the modern feel of all the rooms, the ease of internet connection and technology capabilities.
I dont like that this hotel doesnt offer free breakfast, but they do have a great variety of food for purchase

The Aloft Bentonville-Rogers is the perfect hotel for business traveler. The modern feel makes it perfect for a young professional or anyone attending a conference or meeting. The "pod" areas in the lobby provide a variety of leisure environments including a bar, pool table area and comfortable booths. The rooms are modern and equipped to make you truly feel like your travel experience is complete. ...read more

Clean modern decor, comfy bed, nice shower
check in kiosk didn't work, no ice machines on floor, no free breakfast, loud party at pool late

This hotel is very pleasant in appearance and comfort in the room, but small things like inconvenience of ice, expresso machine broken, fast check in/out didn't work make for small aggrevations. No free breakfast would be great for a business traveler but I would still use it for business in the future because of the way essentials of a clean comfortable room are delivered. The staff is friendly and polite. ...read more

Great staff, lovely room, except for dirty exterior windows and a pencil instead of pen
No free food for breakfast, blurry pool, pencil instead of pen in room, and slick shower floors.

Can't believe it has 3star rating. No newspaper, dirty exterior windows, blurry water in pool, lobby floor looks like its been through several earthquakes. Pencil instead of pen, no free food for breakfast.

It was modern.

It was done in a different (modern) style. It reminds me of European hotels.

The rooms look more upscale than the three stars.
Well, the pool wasn't open even though the temperature was appropriate.

Nice area, but there isn't a restaurant within walking distance. The nearest one is something like 3 miles away. Other than the pool being closed, it was nice for the price.
